Our dedicated sleep coaches are here to support, educate, and mentor patients in adhering to therapy.
- Our Sleep Coach Team will contact you within 24-72 hours to check in
- You will have continued support in your first 90 days of receiving your PAP machine
- We will closely monitor to make sure you are not having mask leaks or struggling to use your machine
Days 1-30
Start using your machine right away, for a minimum of 4 hours each night.
Our Sleep Coach team will closely monitor your usage and reach out if we see any problems arise.
Days 31-60
Schedule a follow-up visit with your physician to check on your progress and continued insurance requirements.
For patients with a complex sleep diagnosis, a follow-up with your physician may be required no earlier than day 61.
Days 61-90
You’re nearing the end of your initial adherence period. Focus on finishing your third month strong by achieving adherence and using your machine 4+ hours each night.

After day 90
Our team will be reaching out to you by phone, email, or text. Make sure you are referring to the cleaning & replacement schedule as recommended by the manufacturers.
After 5 years
You may be eligible for a new replacement PAP machine. Contact us to get your new order started.
