Getting used to your PAP machine therapy – Practice makes perfect

  • Your usage is tracked from noon to noon each day
  • Use your PAP machine during naps
  • Use the machine for short periods of time while awake to get used to the pressure
  • Create a new bed time ritual
  • Go to bed a little earlier, put on your mask and start PAP therapy but read a book, watch tv, etc.
  • This helps get your mind off the mask and machine pressure and you may naturally fall asleep
