Starting in December 2025, Kaiser Permanente will be transitioning from your previous provider to AdaptHealth for home medical equipment and supplies (HME).

The timing of the transition will vary, depending on the area of the country that you live in. The transition will start December 1, 2025, and be completed on April 1, 2026. You will be notified a few weeks in advance of the transition date in your area.

With myAPP by AdaptHealth, you will be able to place durable medical equipment resupply orders via email, text message, mobile application, or through an online portal. In addition, you will be able to easily view your order history, real-time alerts, confirmation of delivery, and will be able to connect with a patient support representative 24 hours a day.

Yes, wherever possible, AdaptHealth will provide the same brands and models that are currently being provided by your previous provider and we will also provide supplies that work with the equipment you are currently using.

   2. Make co-pays or deductibles to AdaptHealth (ie., making one time or recurring auto-payments)

No, both settings and prescription will be transferred to AdaptHealth as is.

AdaptHealth has a variety of ways to order supplies ranging from online and automated options or directly with an agent by phone. You will receive information directly from AdaptHealth on all available options.
