About Enteral Nutrition Program

We manage every step of home tube feeding

Going home with a feeding tube is a major transition. Most patients go home from the hospital with a new tube, a new routine, and more questions than answers.

We manage your formula, delivery, accessories, and insurance - for children and adults across a wide range of conditions, including stroke, cancer, ALS, Crohn’s, cystic fibrosis, and short bowel syndrome. AdaptHealth coordinates everything from day one.

Clinical Expertise Behind Every Order

Our enteral-trained team, including registered dietitians on staff, understands feeding tube types, formula categories, and delivery methods. The right supplies reach the right patient, matched to their care plan.

Insurance & Billing, Handled End-to-End

We manage the full prior authorization, coverage verification, and billing process under Medicare Part B and most commercial plans. Patients and families focus on care, not claims.

Formula & Supplies Delivered to the Door

From formula to feeding bags, extension sets, and pumps, we coordinate recurring shipments so patients have what they need, on schedule.
