Leadership Team

Suzanne Foster has been the Chief Executive Officer of AdaptHealth Corp. (“AdaptHealth”), since May 2024. She is a global leader with more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to AdaptHealth, Ms. Foster served as President of Beckman Coulter Life Sciences for Danaher Corporation, a global science and technology innovation company, Washington, DC, from April 2022 until May 2024. Ms. Foster also served as President of At Home Solutions for Cardinal Health, Dublin, Ohio, a global, integrated healthcare services and products company, from January 2020 until April 2022, as President of Stanley Healthcare, Waltham, Massachusetts, a healthcare technology operating division of Stanley Black & Decker, from April 2018 until January 2020, and as a General Manager of Medtronic Advanced Energy (“Medtronic”), a medical device company, from August 2011 until March 2018. Ms. Foster formerly served as Vice President of Global Business Operations at Salient Surgical Technologies, a medical device company later acquired by Medtronic. She was also formerly employed as an Attorney at the law firms of Holland & Knight and Wiggin & Nourie, and she served as Vice President of Legal & Compliance for the Elliot Health System. In 2017, Ms. Foster was appointed to the University System of New Hampshire Board of Trustees by the Governor of New Hampshire, Chris Sununu. She also currently serves on the board of Perimeter Medical Imaging AI, Inc., since 2018, and on multiple boards of private medical technology companies. Ms. Foster holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of New Hampshire, an M.Ed in Psychology from Notre Dame College, a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, and a Master of Public Health in Law and Health Policy from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

Jason Clemens joined AdaptHealth from MEDNAX, Inc. (“MEDNAX”) (NYSE: MD), a national provider of health solutions to hospitals, health systems, and healthcare facilities, where he served as Senior Vice President and Operations Chief Financial Officer. Over a nine-year career at MEDNAX, Mr. Clemens held positions of increasing responsibility in operations management and finance. Prior to joining MEDNAX, Mr. Clemens gained experience with the United States Army, supporting the Republic of Korea Army in Wonju, South Korea. He later served in progressive roles within operations management and finance at Accenture, Lennar, and Ryder. Mr. Clemens holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University, and an M.S. in Finance and M.B.A. from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt.

Since September 2022, Mr. Barnhart has served as the Chief Operating Officer of Qurate Retail Group (“Qurate”), a world leader in video commerce across linear TV, ecommerce sites, digital streaming and social platforms. Prior to Qurate, Mr. Barnhart served as president of Global Medical Products & Supply Chain at Cardinal Health from July of 2018 to December of 2021 and as President, Global Supply Chain & Group Purchasing Organizations at Aramark from April of 2014 to July of 2018. Mr. Barnhart also held senior supply chain positions at Conagra Brands and Diageo from September 2002 to April 2014. Early in his career, Mr. Barnhart advised other global companies as a consultant at PwC and E&Y. Mr. Barnhart serves on the Board of Directors of Common Threads. Scott earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. Barnhart has significant international business leadership experience in global supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, customer service and product portfolio management at multiple Fortune 500 brands and similarly sized corporations.

Christie Archbold joined AdaptHealth in 2022 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Accounting and was promoted to Chief Accounting Officer in 2023. Prior to joining the Company, she served in a variety of senior financial management roles, including Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller at Clarivate from 2017 to 2022, and Global Controller and Director of Financial Reporting at Houghton International from 2011 to 2017. In these roles, Ms. Archbold had overall responsibility for the controllership, financial reporting, and systems of internal controls. Previously, Ms. Archbold was an auditor with the accounting firm of Ernst & Young. Ms. Archbold holds a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University.

Dan McFadden joined AdaptHealth in March of 2025 as the lead for the Adapt Operating System. He has more than 30 years of international business experience in various general management, continuous improvement, operations, supply chain, and engineering leadership roles across several industries. Prior to AdaptHealth Mr. McFadden was SVP Business Systems at Regal Rexnord, a global industrial automation and powertrain company. Mr. McFadden also served as Vice President Operations, Supply Chain, and Danaher Business System, as well as interim President at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences for Danaher Corporation. Additionally, he served as Vice President Operations, Supply Chain, and Carlisle Business System at Carlisle Companies as well as Vice President Manufacturing, Distribution, and Logistics at Videojet, a Danaher operating company. Mr. McFadden also spent a significant portion of his early career at the Timken Company with increasing responsibility in R&D, operations, supply chain, and general management.

Mr. McFadden holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and Master of Engineering Management from Case Western Reserve University.

Michael Myint joined AdaptHealth in 2025 as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with almost thirty years of experience in Information Security. Prior to joining AdaptHealth, Mr. Myint served as the CISO and Functional Head of Information Security with over ten years across two health-tec startups and a Fortune 100 public company; COTA Health, Waltz Health, and Publicis Sapient. He also spent nearly fifteen years as a Consultant at notable firms Andersen Consulting (Accenture), Ernst & Young, and Deloitte serving the Healthcare and Financial verticals. Throughout his career, Mr. Myint has been instrumental in building information security capabilities focused on compliance, security operations, and product development.

He actively gives back to the information security community by speaking at various summits and conferences presenting his lessons learned and techniques to defend against the latest cyber threats. Mr. Myint received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.

In his free time, Mr. Myint enjoys travel and fine dining with his fiancé, as well as traveling to support his son’s competitive wrestling endeavors.

Nalin Narayanam joined AdaptHealth in 2020 as the Chief Information Officer bringing over two decades of experience in healthcare information technology and security architecture. Prior to joining AdaptHealth, Mr. Narayanam served first as Senior Director of Security then Chief Information Security Officer at Intarcia Therapeutics, Inc., a national biotech company dedicated to redesigning the treatment, prevention, and experience of chronic disease. He also held several positions with CVS Caremark for more than 10 years including Enterprise Security Architect, Senior Manager, Information Security Architect, and Director, Security Engineering and Cyber Response. Throughout his career, Mr. Narayanam has honed skillsets such as identity management, tokenization, DLP, and SIEM areas exposure. Mr. Narayanam earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Sciences from Sri Venkateswara University.

Philip Parks joined AdaptHealth in June of 2024 and brings over 20 years of experience in driving growth, strategy, technological advancements, and innovative solutions within healthcare and life sciences companies. Dr. Parks has held high impact leadership roles that span mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, developing new products and services, managing population health, directing medical affairs, and improving business processes that drive clinical and economic value. After two decades as a practicing physician and physician leader, he has played a crucial role in enhancing healthcare delivery, population health, and improving patient outcomes.

Philip's career includes significant contributions to various global organizations and sectors. He has served as an Officer in the U.S. Navy, held leadership roles at Cardinal Health, Exact Sciences, Procter & Gamble, Draper, and has advised high-growth venture or private equity backed companies.

He earned his M.D. and M.P.H. from Tulane University School of Medicine and Tulane School of Public Health & Tropical Medicine, a master’s degree in healthcare management and occupational health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and a B.A. with High Honors in Philosophy & Medical Ethics from Davidson College.

Albert Prast joined AdaptHealth through its acquisition of AeroCare Holdings, Inc. in 2021, and brings over 30 years of technology operations & strategy and product development experience. Prior to AeroCare, Albert served as SVP of Cloud Technology at UnitedHealth Group, CTO of Cloud at Optum, CIO of Connextions Inc., and CTO/CIO of Rotech Medical Corporation. Albert is an executive who brings technical and operational experience from the payer, provider, and delivery sides of health care. Mr. Prast received his A.B. of Economics from the University of Michigan, as well as an MBA from Rollins College. He is an active investor in health care and technology companies, bringing his expertise to the board of organizations, including Datalink Software, ClinOne, and RxRevu.

Richard Rew joined AdaptHealth in 2025 from Human Power of N Company (HumanN), a leading dietary supplement company, where he is currently a Board Advisor, and previously served at Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel in 2024. Mr. Rew is a seasoned Chief Legal Officer who has served as a public company general counsel for more than 20 years, including more than 15 years in the life sciences/pharmacy/medical device industries. Mr. Rew has served recently as Chief Legal Officer of Tabula Rasa Healthcare, a specialty pharmacy, from April, 2023 until its sale to CarePathRx in November, 2023; Senior Vice President & General Counsel of IsoPlexis, a leader in functional single-cell proteomics, from its IPO in October, 2021 until its sale to Berkely Lights, Inc. in March 2023; and as Senior Vice President & General Counsel of Luminex Corporation, a leading biological testing company, from 2015 until its sale to DiaSorin in July 2021.

Mr. Rew has previously served as Vice President, Legal Affairs and then as Senior Vice President & General Counsel of ArthroCare Corporation, from 2006, until its sale to Smith & Nephew in 2014. Mr. Rew resides in Austin, Texas, is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Austin Bar Foundation.

Mr. Rew has a B.A. from the Plan II honors program at the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.

Russell Schuster was named Chief Commercial Officer at AdaptHealth in December 2024.

Mr. Schuster joins AdaptHealth from Cardinal Health, where he most recently served as the President for Cardinal Health Canada since November 2020. During his time as President, the business experienced significant organic revenue growth and margin expansion through the implementation and execution of a multi-year strategic plan, refocused commercial strategy and implementation of operating efficiency programs.

Previously, he held the role of Senior Vice President and led the Global Strategy and Business Development efforts for the Medical Segment at Cardinal Health. Mr. Schuster joined Cardinal Health in 2017 as a Vice President, Corporate Development with responsibility for identification and execution of M&A, Partnerships and Joint Ventures across the enterprise. Mr. Schuster has nearly 25 years’ experience in corporate finance, strategy and M&A work and, immediately prior to joining Cardinal Health, he led corporate development efforts for Republic Services in Chicago, IL.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Schuster was a Senior Vice President in investment banking advisory with Barclays (Lehman Brothers). Prior to that, he was with the Transaction Advisory and Corporate Audit groups at Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Schuster received his MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management’s accelerated 1-Year program and his bachelor’s in Accounting/Business Law from Miami University (OH). He is a CPA and previously served on the Board of Directors for MedTech Canada and naviHealth, Inc. until its acquisition by Optum in 2020.

In his free time, Mr. Schuster enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, fly-fishing and hiking or traveling.

Wendy Russalesi, CHC, joined AdaptHealth in 2013 with the acquisition of Ocean Home Health where she served as Chief Operating Officer. She has more than three decades experience building, scaling and overseeing regulatory compliance programs for prominent home medical equipment companies. Ms. Russalesi has been named Woman of the Year by VGM, the nation’s largest post-acute healthcare member organization. Ms. Russalesi actively serves on the Health Care Compliance Association, the Regulatory Council of the American Association for Homecare, the Noridian DME MAC Provider Outreach and Education Advisory Group and the National Supplier Clearinghouse Advisory Committee.

Kelly Morgan joined AdaptHealth in 2025 as Chief Human Resources Officer with over 30 years of experience in Human Resources. Previously, Ms. Morgan served as Senior Vice President of Global People, Org, & Experience for Qurate Retail Group (now QVC Group), a world leader in Video commerce across linear TV, e-commerce sites, digital streaming, and social platforms. Ms. Morgan built her HR career in both public and private sector organizations in the UK and progressed to leading international (EU & Asia) and then global HR teams. Her career experience has spanned across all HR functions leading strategic business partners to drive business transformations and building and developing HR COE teams to develop talent strategies and culture programs to meet business needs. Ms. Morgan currently serves as the Executive Sponsor for the AdaptHealth Diversity & Inclusion Council and has previously served as Executive Sponsor for the Women's Initiative Network (WIN) and was an active member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle - a community of senior leaders committed to advancing women in leadership. Ms. Morgan holds a Human Resources Degree from St. Helens College (UK).

Dale Wolf has served as a member of the board of directors of Molina Healthcare, Inc. since 2013 and as chairman of the board since 2017. Mr. Wolf served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Onecall Care Management Inc. from January 2016 to February 2019 and as executive chairman from September 2015 to January 2016. Mr. Wolf served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of DBW Healthcare, Inc. from January 2014 to June 2018. Mr. Wolf served as the executive chairman of Correctional Healthcare Companies, Inc., a national provider of correctional health care solutions, from December 2012 to July 2014. From 2005 to 2009, Mr. Wolf served as Chief Executive Officer of Coventry Health Care, Inc., a diversified national health care company, and served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Coventry Health Care, Inc. from 1996 to 2005. Mr. Wolf was also a member of the boards of directors of Correctional Healthcare Companies, Inc. from 2012 to 2014, Coventry Healthcare, Inc. from 2005 to 2009 and Catalyst Health Solutions, Inc. from 2003 to 2012. Mr. Wolf graduated from Eastern Nazarene College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics, with honors, and from the MIT Sloan School Senior Executive Program. He has also been a fellow in the Society of Actuaries since 1979.

Ted is a founding partner at Peloton Equity. Peloton Equity is a private equity firm focused on investments in growth companies that serve the healthcare industry. Prior to founding Peloton, Ted was a partner at Ferrer Freeman & Company. Ted started his career as a financial analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, where he was responsible for healthcare investment banking.

Ted currently serves on the boards of AdaptHealth, Aerosafe Global, Arcadia Solutions, ClearSky Health, Friday Health Plans, Health Plan One, and Identity Theft Guard Solutions (d/b/a ID Experts).

Ted holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.

Greg Belinfanti is a Senior Managing Director and a member of the Investment Committee at One Equity Partners. During his tenure at OEP, Mr. Belinfanti has worked on a number of investments in the healthcare and business services industries and has led many of OEP’s healthcare transactions. Mr. Belinfanti is a member of the Board of Directors of The Results Companies, PS Logistics, Ernest Health, AdaptHealth and AMT, and has previously been a member of the Board of Directors of Apollo Health Street, ArthroCare, Celltrion Healthcare, EGS, OneLink, Prodigy, Simplura Health Group, and Systagenix. Prior to joining OEP, Mr. Belinfanti served as a Vice President in the Investment Banking division of Lehman Brothers, specializing in Global Healthcare. Mr. Belinfanti received his B.A. in Politics from New York University and his J.D. from Harvard University.

Diana Nole has served on the Board since October of 2024 and is also a member of the Audit Committee. Ms. Nole is an accomplished global C-suite executive and independent director with extensive experience in business transformation, technology and innovation leadership, and board governance. Most recently, Diana was the EVP and General Manager of Nuance Healthcare, a Microsoft Cloud & AI Company. In this role, she led a global $1B P&L, overseeing operations, growth strategy, innovation, and customer relationships across a team of over 5,000 employees worldwide. She previously served as CEO of Wolters Kluwer Healthcare Division, where she spearheaded transformation and profitability initiatives across 45+ countries. Her board service spans healthcare, finance, and education, including positions at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, ESL Federal Credit Union, and St. John Fisher University.

She holds an MBA from the University of Rochester Simon Business School and a BA in Math and Computer Science from SUNY Potsdam.

Terence Connors currently serves as board member and audit committee chairman of FS Credit Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. and Suburban Propane Partners L.P. (NYSE) and previously served as board member and audit committee chairman of Cardone Industries, Inc., a privately-held automotive aftermarket parts remanufacturer. After a nearly 40-year career with two international public accounting firms, he retired from KPMG LLP in 2015, where he held the positions of Professional Practice Partner and SEC Reviewing Partner. He was also a member of KPMG’s Board of Directors from 2011 to 2015 and chaired the Audit, Finance & Operations Committee. Mr. Connors has worked with numerous public and private companies, including Fortune 500 companies, as a senior audit and global lead partner. He also currently serves as an Advisor to Navigate Corporation, a management consulting firm headquartered in the Philadelphia area. Mr. Connors served 14 years on the board of the Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), including as Chairman and President and is a NACD Board Leadership Fellow. He has served on several nonprofit boards, including the Philadelphia YMCAs and Gesu School and currently serves as a Trustee and Finance Committee Chair at St. Joseph’s Preparatory School in Philadelphia. He is a graduate of LaSalle University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Susan Weaver, M.D. has served on our board of directors since February 2018. She has served as the Chief Executive Officer of C 3 HealthcareRX, a healthcare and pharmacy services company, since July 2016, and as the Founder and President of Transformation Health Partners, LLC since September 2015. Dr. Weaver was the Chief Medical Officer for Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina from 2014 to 2015 after serving as the Vice President, Health Delivery Redesign from December 2012 to early 2014. Prior to joining Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, Dr. Weaver was the Executive Vice President, Medical Affairs for WakeMed Health & Hospital from September 2011 to December 2012 and the Senior Vice President, Medical Affairs and Physician Practices from January 2009 to September 2011. Dr. Weaver also served as an Executive Director and Physician and founding member for Alliance Medical Ministry, a 501(c)(3) providing medical care to the working uninsured of Wake County, North Carolina. She holds an M.D. from Duke University School of Medicine and a B.S. in Psychology from Duke University.

Bradley Coppens has served on our board of directors since July 2020. Brad Coppens joined One Equity Partners (“OEP”) in 2006 and is a Managing Director based in New York. During his tenure at OEP, Mr. Coppens has focused on and completed numerous investments in the healthcare and technology-enabled services industries. From 2012 to 2014, Mr. Coppens lived in São Paulo, Brazil and led OEP’s prior investing efforts in the region. Mr. Coppens is also a member of the boards of directors of Cless Cosméticos, Ernest Health, OneLink, The Results Companies, Simplura Health Group and Unicoba, and was previously a member of the boards of directors of Allied, Portal de Documentos, Prodigy Health Group, Systagenix Wound Management, Wow! Nutrition and X-Rite. Mr. Coppens was also deeply involved in OEP’s investments in ArthroCare and Wright Medical. Prior to joining OEP, Mr. Coppens worked in the investment banking division of JPMorgan in the mergers and acquisitions group where he focused on healthcare and various other industries. Mr. Coppens is actively involved in a number of non-profit organizations and serves as a board member of The TEAK Fellowship. Mr. Coppens received his B.B.A. from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he graduated with high distinction.

Entrepreneur, thought leader, and visionary, David Williams has shaped the foundations of digital health innovation helping more than 2 million people use health information to drive better care and outcomes. David is currently co-founder and CEO of Care3, a leading technology platform that uses real-world data to drive healthcare interactions and interventions to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs of care delivered in the home and community. Care3 is inspired by David’s experience caring for his mother prior to her passing and his special needs son.

Prior to Care3, David was Co-Founder and CEO of InvolveCare, a mobile task crowdsourcing application for family caregivers. InvolveCare was acquired into Aetna’s enterprise technology suite after only fourteen months in operation. David previously was a Founding Executive of PatientsLikeMe, the world’s first and leading consumer health data sharing platform. He has also held corporate leadership positions at Aetna, Eli Lilly and Company and Deloitte.

David is a 2013 Henry Crown Fellow and a 2018 Braddock Fellow of The Aspen Institute and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. David earned a BS in Economics and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Digital Strategy with a certificate in Corporate Governance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
